Yes, we had our pre-drywall walk-through this morning. It went well. The reason that the last window has not been installed is so that they can load the drywall into the second floor. There were only two small things that need to be taken care of before drywall. They left out an outlet in the garage and there is an electric wire that is run next to rather than through a conduit.
Also, we are not going to be done by January 31st. According to them it is because the windows were not on time, but I doubt that they would have been able to finish either way.
So, if they are able to make it 60 days from drywall then we'll close at the end of February. (I am still sticking to my March 15th day.)
Best case is two months! We need boxes NOW.
